What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders.

What are the delivery timelines?

Here are our current delivery time per country:

  • Australia: 8-14 business days.
  • New Zealand: 8-14 business days.
  • United Kingdom: 8-14 business days.
  • Ireland: 8-14 business days.
  • United States: 8-14 business days.

What happens after placing my order?

You will receive an order confirmation to your provided e-mail address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in your inbox. 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

What happens if I have entered the wrong address?

If you see any mistakes in the address you have entered, please send us an e-mail immediately with the title 'URGENT- INCORRECT ADDRESS' so we can correct it before being shipped out. 

If such email is not sent before the package has left our warehouse and/ or in case a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address', unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter. 

How do I track my order? 

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once your products are shipped.

Tracking details can take between 2 to 4 days to be updated, so please be patient.

Where will my package ship from?

We are a small business, however we work with a logistic partner around the world to be able to ship to multiple countries at an affordable rate. Therefore, shipment may be done from a few different locations. This allows us to provide our customers with free delivery for all orders and reduce our costs while still offering products with great quality.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

Raising Noah Baby Store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are then reported lost or stolen.
